When it comes to building a new home, we want your building journey to be as enjoyable as possible. From initial design to receiving the keys to your dream home, our team is proud to support you every step of the way.

1. FAST TRACK

This is the fastest path to tender with the quickest turnaround times. We encourage the use of ZAC standard plans with under 30% change permitted.

2. MY STYLE

Modify an existing design to suit your lifestyle, block and budget (minimal structural changes, up to 60% changes

3. TAILORED APPROACH

Work closely with our experienced in-house Designers to craft a design that is perfect for your lifestyle and block (complete flexibility)

We have just started our building journey with ZAC homes. We have chosen to build with ZAC homes as they have allowed flexibility with the design, resulting in a better usage of the living and bedroom spaces. Other companies had a rigid design which would have resulted in variation fees.
